黄油爆波斯顿龙虾

  • 吉士粉50克
  • 黄油40克
  • 鸡汤100克
  • 洋葱20克
  • 香芹20克
  • 少许
  • 5克
  • 胡椒粉1克

Steps to make 黄油爆波斯顿龙虾

  • 1.用双手分别抓住龙虾的头部和尾部,两手向相反方向一拧,将龙虾分成两半,把头部的壳扒开,去除龙虾的腮。
  • 2.把虾身分成小块,放入葱姜水中浸泡一会。
  • 3.沥干水分,虾块裹上一层吉士粉,没有可以用淀粉代替。
  • 4.放入油锅快速爆熟,捞出沥油。
  • 5.另起锅,加入黄油化开,放入洋葱、香芹粒爆香,再加入鸡汤、盐调味。
  • 6.把汤汁加一点水淀粉勾芡,使汤汁浓稠一些,把龙虾块放入翻炒,使酱汁裹匀虾块,出锅装盘,加两片紫苏叶点缀。
