法式巧克力草莓塔
最近大家问我有什么适合夏天吃的甜品,juju想夏天没有比利用水果做的甜品更适合的了,特别是草莓,樱桃等等,而且最好是可以凉着吃的。 juju今天分享的这道巧克力草莓塔是最好不过的夏季甜品了,酥脆的塔饼里放一层薄薄的巧克力酱,再放上涂满草莓酱的草莓,冷藏以后食用,清爽可口又充满情调哦~

  • 面粉120g
  • 玉米淀粉100g
  • 可可粉1勺
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 4勺
  • 砂糖50g
  • 黑巧克力100g
  • 奶油20ml
  • 黄油25g
  • 草莓250g
  • 草莓酱2勺

Steps to make 法式巧克力草莓塔

  • 1.面粉,淀粉,砂糖和可可粉干搅拌一起
  • 2.倒入切小块的黄油,用手于面粉干搅拌,直到面粉和黄油搅拌成细沙的粉状并且没有黄油块
  • 3.加入鸡蛋和水,搅拌均匀
  • 4.直到可以揉成一个面团就停止,把面团放进冰箱冷藏30分钟以上
  • 5.冷藏好的面团擀薄,放进涂好黄油的烤盘里,用叉子插出洞洞,放进预热到180度的烤箱烤25-30分钟
  • 6.融化巧克力,再加入20ml奶油和25g黄油,搅拌均匀后涂在烤好的塔饼里
  • 7.草莓洗净,切半,放在塔饼上。锅里倒入两勺草莓酱和两勺水,微火煮,等到草莓酱变得很稀就下锅,趁热涂在草莓上,并放进冰箱冷藏20分钟以上再食用
