Steps to make 丝瓜牛肉汤

  • 1.牛肉切薄片,放油、盐、淀粉拌匀。因为腌牛肉已放了油,后面的煮制过程就不需要再放油了。
  • 2.丝瓜切滚刀块。
  • 3.香菇用清水泡洗干净。
  • 4.煮开一锅水,放入香菇,盖上盖煮十分钟。
  • 5.开盖倒入丝瓜,煮7~8分钟,不需盖盖了。
  • 6.最后放入牛肉片,牛肉很快熟,汆一分钟就好了,加点盐和鸡精,可以关火了。
  • 7.成品。丝瓜有凉血、清热解毒的功效,简单好喝的汤,夏天要多吃哦!
