万圣节南瓜鸡蛋布丁

Steps to make 万圣节南瓜鸡蛋布丁

  • 1.小南瓜入微波炉高火叮5分钟。
  • 2.取出微波炉里变软的小南瓜,用刀将顶部切开,用勺子取出瓜瓤丢掉,瓜肉压成泥状。
  • 3.鸡蛋一个,牛奶半盒,淡奶油白砂糖适量,放入另外一个小碗搅拌均匀成布丁液,然后用细网过筛倒入南瓜盅。(过筛口感会细腻很多,没有淡奶油也可以用炼奶代替,适量加入,提升风味,不过淡奶油吃起来会更美味。混合好的布丁液跟平时水蒸蛋的浓稠度差不多就可以啦。)
  • 4.将倒入布丁液的南瓜盅盖上盖,放在蒸架上蒸8分钟,取出放上剪好的海苔片就可以了。(蒸布丁跟平时蒸水蛋一样,外面需要加盖或用保鲜膜盖一下,这样蒸出来的布丁或水蛋,表面才会光滑。)
