萝卜排骨汤

Steps to make 萝卜排骨汤

  • 1.排骨洗干净切成小块。
  • 2.萝卜去皮后切成块。
  • 3.香葱少许切成末,姜切片备用。
  • 4.锅内放水烧开后,倒入洗净的排骨,焯至变白捞出晾干。
  • 5.锅内倒少许油烧热。
  • 6.放入姜片炒香。
  • 7.倒入焯过的排骨略微翻炒。
  • 8.加少许料酒去腥味。
  • 9.倒入多于排骨三至四倍的水,大火烧开转小火慢炖。
  • 10.炖一个半小时排骨即可酥烂。炖至一个小时左右,放入萝卜继续煮。(放萝卜这一步我忘记拍了)约半小时后就可撒上香葱末,调味出锅。
