双色汤圆
吃多了纯色汤圆,做了双色汤圆,用的南瓜泥,健康无添加,香甜软糯,好吃又好看。

Steps to make 双色汤圆

  • 1.南瓜去皮后清洗干净,放蒸锅蒸熟,把蒸好的南瓜打成南瓜泥。
  • 2.300克水磨糯米粉分成二份,一份揉成南瓜粉团,一份揉成白色粉团。
  • 3.揉好的粉团呈光滑的,软硬合适,不粘手的状态。
  • 4.把白色的粉团擀成厚薄均匀的,正方形的薄片。
  • 5.南瓜粉团同样擀成正方形的薄片后,叠在白色面片上。
  • 6.把面片从中间切开,切开的两个面片再重叠起来,再一次切开。
  • 7.这是重叠两次后切开的侧面。
  • 8.然后再把这个叠好的面片切成大小差不多的小块。
  • 9.取一个小块,按扁后放入适量的豆沙馅。
  • 10.然后用虎口慢慢收起后捏紧收口。
  • 11.同样的方法把全部的小剂子做好,码入盘中。
  • 12.取一锅,倒入适量水,煮开。
  • 13.把做好的汤圆放入锅中,大火煮开后转中小火,煮至汤圆浮起,再煮1分钟就可以熄火了。
  • 14.健康无添加,香甜软糯的双色汤圆。
