杨梅也算是现在的当季水果,有人送了我一筐,家里人口少,一家人也吃不了多少,害怕过几天后杨梅生虫,还是及早处理,先做一些杨梅酱将美味封存起来。杨梅果酱非常好吃,酸酸甜甜的,还带着一丝丝果肉,外面买不到的美味呀!

    Steps to make 杨梅果酱

    • 1.新鲜杨梅一筐
    • 2.将杨梅用盐水浸泡十分钟洗净沥干
    • 3.用刀剥下果肉
    • 4.果肉放在砂锅中,均匀洒上白糖腌制一会儿
    • 5.一会儿就出了杨梅汁,这时候开小火开始熬制了,用木勺轻轻将果肉敲开
    • 6.不停地用木勺边熬边搅动,中间我又放了点冰糖。
    • 7.等果肉都煮烂的时候,加入2勺的麦芽糖,继续边熬边搅动
    • 8.再挤上半个柠檬汁,继续熬煮
    • 9.大概熬煮了半小时左右,汁水开始变浓稠了,就可以关火了
    • 10.冷却后将果酱装入密封瓶放冰箱冷藏,慢慢享用吧!
    • 11.酸酸甜甜好味道,配土司吃最美味了!
