  • 四川豆瓣酱1勺

Steps to make 花甲粉丝煲

  • 1.花甲买回洗浄放入水中加入食用油,让花甲吐出泥沙。
  • 2.粉丝放入温水中浸泡至软。
  • 3.洋葱切碎,红辣椒切碎,姜少许切碎。
  • 4.蒜末多切一些放入碗中。
  • 5.锅里加油烧热放入蒜末慢慢的炸出香味。
  • 6.倒入洋葱和红辣椒,再加入一小勺豆瓣酱。
  • 7.把花椒放入锅中加一些水,放入姜末,胡椒粉,酱油,盐调好味。慢慢的烧开后花甲壳便会裂开。
  • 8.砂锅底下放入刚才泡好的粉丝,锅里的原料倒入砂煲里,开小火慢慢的煮一小会。
  • 9.花甲粉丝煲出锅了。我不知正不正宗,但是好吃才是王道。
