    • 1.白萝卜去皮切2厘米左右的小方块,加入1.5大勺的盐搅拌均匀腌制1小时以上。
    • 2.绿萝卜去皮切2厘米左右的小方块,加入1.5大勺的盐搅拌均匀腌制1小时以上。
    • 3.一个中等大小的梨去皮去核切小块,用手持料理棒打成泥,一头大蒜去皮和一小块姜也处理成茸,全部混合在一起。
    • 4.小锅内加入3大勺的糯米粉,5倍的水量,小火煮沸并不停搅拌成糊,晾凉待用。
    • 5.将糯米粉和刚刚处理好的梨、姜蒜混合物混合。
    • 6.加入2大勺鱼露、1大勺白糖、1大勺盐、8大勺韩式辣椒粉搅拌均匀成辣椒酱。
    • 7.半根胡萝卜切成丝,一小把韭菜切小段。
    • 8.这时候看萝卜会腌制出很多水分。
    • 9.将白萝卜和绿萝卜过一下凉开水。
    • 10.攥干萝卜水分放入较大的容器中。
    • 11.放入韭菜、胡萝卜丝、将搅拌好的辣椒酱倒入其中,戴上一次性手套抓拌均匀。盖上保鲜膜,室温下放置24小时,再放入冰箱冷藏1~2天便可食用。
