不知道你们有没有这样,以前不喜欢吃的食物,然后偶然的机会突然就喜欢吃了,我有好几种青菜都是这样。比如鲜藕,以前我曾经在南方好几个城市待过,那时候非常不喜欢吃藕,总觉得吃不习惯。但是后来回北方后,菜市场也经常都看见有卖藕的,时不时的买来吃,吃着吃着现在还非常喜欢吃了,特别是这道酸辣藕丁,酸酸辣辣的非常开胃,下粥下饭都是极好的。

  • 老抽1汤匙
  • 蚝油1汤匙
  • 陈醋2汤匙
  • 料酒1汤匙
  • 白糖1汤匙
  • 少许

  • 少许
  • 鸡精1/3小勺

Steps to make 酸辣藕丁

  • 1.鲜藕1节去皮清洗后切丁。
  • 2.葱姜蒜切碎,小米椒切小段。
  • 3.小碗中加入1汤匙生抽、1汤匙老抽、1汤匙料酒、2汤匙陈醋、1汤匙白糖、1汤匙蚝油、1/2小勺盐、1/3小勺鸡精、一点点清水搅拌均匀。准备一点点水淀粉。
  • 4.锅中烧热水将藕丁焯水,水开后煮1分钟左右,然后过冷水后控干水分。
  • 5.炒锅烧热加入植物油,下入葱姜蒜爆香。
  • 6.下入小米椒煸炒一会。
  • 7.下入焯过水的藕丁煸炒均匀。
  • 8.倒入事先调好的调料汁煸炒均匀。
  • 9.分两次下入水淀粉翻炒均匀,使调料均匀的裹在食材上。
