奶茶可可馒头卷
自从开始做面食,馒头一直是我拿手的项目。
   自从我做馒头成功开始(当然我没有老杨那么厉害,做馒头一上手就成功),妈妈就喜欢吃我做的馒头。她说我做的馒头有股清香,而且有嚼劲。她喜欢那种嚼的感觉,认为外面买的馒头蓬松的,不好吃。有次她总结了我的三大优点,其中就有一项是做馒头!呵呵!明天是母亲节,不知道应该送什么给妈妈。本来是想今天去批发市场买一些批萨盒,做一个大大的批萨送给妈妈,无奈天不随人愿,下着小雨。而批发市场又离我住的地方极远,大概也横穿整个南昌市。所以先把这个作为备用吧,如果下午天气好,再去买批萨盒。
   可可粉是在西点当中很常用的食物,相信很多做烘焙的人都备有这种粉,然而每次买的时候都不能只买一点点,所以就会多了很多下来。我想万物都是有生命的,不能浪费它们,这个似乎和有钱没有钱无关,我的原则就是尽量做到物尽其用。
   我这个可可粉是在麦德龙买的,麦德龙是属于那种量贩式的超市,东西全而且常买的到些一般超市没有的东西。不过坏处就是不能单买一样,总是被强迫的买双份,这个可可粉就是双份合在一起卖的,做烘焙又用不了那么多,再加上同事送的2包奶茶粉喝不完,于是就想干脆拿来做馒头吧。没有想到做出的馒头既有卖像,口感也很不错。

    Steps to make 奶茶可可馒头卷

    • 1.把面粉分成2份,一份内放入奶茶粉。
    • 2.一份内放入可可粉。
    • 3.把适量酵母粉放入温水中调开,再分别放入面粉内,揉成漂亮的面团,放在温暖的地方发酵成两倍大。
    • 4.把发好的面团排气后,分别切成2份,成2份奶茶粉面团和2份可可粉面团。把所有的面团擀成圆型。成面片。
    • 5.取一片奶茶面片,放一块可可面片在上面,卷起来,切断即可。
    • 6.再取一片可可面片,放一块奶茶面片在上面,卷起来,切断既可。
    • 7.淡淡的奶茶清香混合着可可的浓香,再加上面粉特有的味道,那感觉极好呀!
