自制希腊酸奶
希腊酸奶含丰富的蛋白质,品尝起来有点像奶油,但热量比奶油要低很多,是糖尿病和减肥人士的首选,含有丰富的益生菌,有助于保持肠道菌群平衡,非常益消化,对肠胃不好的人非常有益。

Steps to make 自制希腊酸奶

  • 1.做酸奶的容器沸水消毒
  • 2.倒入全脂牛奶
  • 3.放入里海酸奶菌种,菌种就是做好的里海酸奶;它的繁殖力非常强,菌种多一点少一点都没有关系
  • 4.用勺子多少搅拌一下,不用搅拌到看不到菌种,菌种一块一块的就可以
  • 5.盖好盖子,常温下发酵,现在的季节室温24度,一般6-7小时就完全凝固;里海酸奶是能拉丝的酸奶,把做好的酸奶全部倒入布袋中,用做豆腐的布袋
  • 6.全部到进去,布袋装在量杯里
  • 7.装好后的样子,袋子与杯底有空间
  • 8.过滤出的奶清
  • 9.800ml牛奶过滤后只有350ml希腊酸奶,碗里的奶清我已喝掉一部分
  • 10.过滤后的酸奶非常浓稠,像奶油一样
  • 11.舀入碗里,放入自己喜欢的果干,可以代替晚餐,这一小碗150ml
