胡萝卜玉米鲜肉水饺

Steps to make 胡萝卜玉米鲜肉水饺

  • 1.面粉+水+盐,放进厨师机和成光滑的面团,放一边静置半小时
  • 2.所有食材洗净,胡萝卜切块,玉米取粒,蒜叶切段,猪肉切2-3cm块,再依次用切碎机切碎备用
  • 3.绞好的猪肉放进一个大碗,加入约15g生抽,5g盐,朝一个方向搅拌均匀,再加入适量水搅拌均匀
  • 4.把切好的胡萝卜末,玉米碎,蒜叶碎加入肉馅中朝一个方向搅拌均匀(如果肉比较瘦,可以最后再加少量香油拌匀,这样成品口感不会柴),拌好的饺子馅放冰箱冷藏待用
  • 5.面团搓成长条,切成剂子,擀成饺皮
  • 6.包入适量肉馅,挤成元宝形饺子
  • 7.做好的饺子开水下锅,等水再开后加入一碗凉水,反复2-3次,饺子全部底部朝上漂起熟成即可
  • 8.好吃不过饺子~
