Steps to make 芝士焗意大利粉

  • 1.开水加盐,将意大利粉放入开水中煮透,捞出放入冷水中,再沥干水份,加小许色拉油把粉拌均匀
  • 2.锅里放色拉油,放入蒜茸爆香,把香芹和红萝卜放到锅里小炒一下
  • 3.把意大利粉加入炒匀
  • 4.将煮好的牛肉沫加入
  • 5.炒均匀,并调味
  • 6.铺上一层马苏里拉芝干,放入180度预热好的烤箱5分钟即可
