花式汤圆
一年一度的元宵佳节!在此祝福所有的朋友,向这“五色花式元宵”一样:甜蜜、幸福、多彩、圆满!哈哈:只是笨手笨脚、不够精细!但做食物~安全最重要,原料使用的是可可粉、绿茶粉、红曲粉和红芯火龙汁混合糯米粉调色,虽然颜色不如“人工色素”鲜艳亮丽,但是食用更放心!

  • 温水少许
  • 白糖少许
  • 可可粉少许
  • 红心火龙果少许
  • 紫薯馅120克
  • 食盐少许
  • 抹茶粉少许
  • 红曲粉少许

Steps to make 花式汤圆

  • 1.食材大合影
  • 2.可可粉、抹茶粉和红曲粉:用少许温水和均,红心火龙果碾碎过筛留汁,备用
  • 3.温水中加少许白糖化开后,分次加入有少许食盐的糯米粉中
  • 4.和匀后,分成5等份
  • 5.将其中四份白面团,分别与抹茶、可可、红曲及火龙果液,混合均匀,再按大小,搓成若干个圆球,同时也将紫薯馅搓成球,备用
  • 6.将10份在大圆球,分别包入一个紫薯馅
  • 7.再搓成大元宵
  • 8.再将若干个小圆球,捏成水滴形状,按在元宵上面,用牙签按压二道痕印,最后加盖一个小帽子,就是一个花式元宵了
  • 9.依次做好其它几个花式元宵
  • 10.锅中水烧开,轻轻地放入花式元宵,加盖中火煮
  • 11.水开后,再添加二次冷水,直至元宵全部浮起即可
  • 12.关火,将花式元宵一个一个盛入碟中
