  • 1.将杏仁洗净,大米洗净浸泡20分钟。
  • 2.冰糖。
  • 3.称重60g。
  • 4.将所有食材放入破壁机中,加入适量的水(稀稠自行掌控),这是一款可以加热至熟的破壁机,选择米糊键。
  • 5.加热至熟的米糊不是很稠(根据个人需要掌握),用细筛过滤没有渣糊,非常细腻、只是一点浮沫而已。
  • 6.杏仁非常细腻,清热解毒,杏仁味浓香。
  • 7.干桂花刚购买的。
  • 8.撒上少许干桂花、五朵小玫瑰花点缀,香甜顺滑、清润不腻,可做下午荼饮品食用。
