Steps to make 秘制盐焗鸡

  • 3.等花椒盐稍凉后将它装入保鲜袋中,用擀面杖碾成碎末
  • 4.取出捣蒜器,往里放姜末、葱花、色拉油、香油、沙姜粉、熟椒盐、生抽,将所有调味料用捣蒜器捣成糊糊,这时,你就已经可以闻到非常香的味道
  • 5.大约5分钟,所有的调料都充分融合在一起,就可以将调味汁倒出备用
  • 6.将调味汁倒入放鸡的盆中
