  • 1.冻杨梅解冻,用盐水浸泡二十分钟。
  • 2.再用白糖腌三十分钟。
  • 3.柠檬去掉籽,挤柠檬汁到杨梅里。
  • 4.少量清水烧开。
  • 5.倒入杨梅,中大火煮二十分钟。盛半饭碗杨梅汁出来。
  • 6.荔枝去皮去核,取果肉。
  • 7.杨梅汁凉了以后,荔枝肉再放入杨梅汁中。盖上保鲜膜,放冰箱冷藏一小时。
  • 8.杨梅荔枝爽开吃。杨梅继续熬煮,做成杨梅干。
