现在的天儿是又闷又热,最让我不知如何是好的水果就是香蕉,放在冰箱里容易冻伤,放在室内高温的作用下,没两天就变黑还招来讨厌的小飞虫。那么多香蕉吃不完,还不如趁它变黑之前做成蛋糕,慢慢品味。
糯糯甜甜的香蕉夹杂着巧克力的浓郁,细细品来还有一丝丝若有若无的酒香,丰富的口感令人欲罢不能.....

  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 朗姆酒1小勺
  • 耐烤巧克力豆40克

Steps to make 新手入门级---香蕉巧克力马芬(松饼法)

  • 1.将全蛋中加入细砂糖,搅拌均匀。
  • 2.加入玉米油搅至完全融合。
  • 3.依次加入香蕉泥、朗姆酒、纯牛奶,充分搅拌均匀。
  • 4.低筋面粉、泡打粉、小苏打混合筛入盆中,轻轻拌匀。
  • 5.加入耐烘焙的巧克力豆,拌匀至无面粉颗粒即可。(切勿搅拌过度)
  • 6.盛入纸杯中八分满,表面撒适量巧克力豆装饰。
  • 7.入预热好的烤箱烘烤,180度,20分钟。
