  • 酵母5g
  • 白芝麻少许

Steps to make 零失败率的原味奶香早餐包

  • 1.将鸡蛋、牛奶、液种、糖、盐、高筋面粉、酵母依次按顺序放面包桶中
  • 2.启动面包机,选择和面状态(15分钟左右),待面包机停止工作后,加入橄榄油,启动面包机,选择和面状态,继续和面,二次和面结束后,常温发酵1小时左右
  • 3.将发酵好的面团放在案板上,进行揉和排气,然后分成16等份(每等份约60g),盖上保鲜膜松弛5分钟,取其中一个面团,用手慢慢滚圆,盖上保鲜膜进行二次发酵
  • 4.待面包卷发酵至原来的2倍时,在表面刷上蛋液,撒上白芝麻
  • 5.放入预热好的烤箱中,180度中上层烤18分钟
