  • 1.原料备用
  • 2.蔓越莓切碎,越碎越好。
  • 3.黄油、糖粉放入打蛋盆中
  • 4.低速打匀,转高速打发,打一半时用刮刀,将盆边和盆底的黄油刮到一起,再继续打。
  • 5.打至颜色发白。
  • 6.加入淡奶油。
  • 7.继续高速打发至黄油成羽毛状。
  • 8.加入蔓越莓干
  • 9.搅拌均匀
  • 10.低筋面粉过筛入盆中
  • 11.面粉筛入打蛋盆内
  • 12.拌成均匀的面糊
  • 13.装入裱花袋,拧紧。
  • 14.挤成喜欢的花型
  • 15.烤箱185度预热后,烤15-20分钟,即可。
