韩国腌黄瓜
在夏季食用绿豆粥或小豆粥时配一些开胃小菜,是很不错的选择,既开胃无油又爽脆好吃。今天就做一款美味喝粥小菜“韩国腌黄瓜”这道菜不需要发酵,只需腌制两小时便可食用,具体做法如下;

  • 黄瓜三条500克
  • 胡萝卜150克
  • 大蒜35克
  • 生姜20克
  • 青苹果100克
  • 干辣椒粉10克
  • 干辣椒碎2克
  • 25克
  • 味精2克
  • 白糖25克
  • 鱼露10克
  • 白米醋20克

Steps to make 韩国腌黄瓜

  • 1.把黄瓜切菱形块,胡萝卜切成菱形片,把切好的黄瓜和胡萝卜混合,里面放入盐拌匀,然后蒙上保鲜膜放入冰箱冷藏腌制两小时。
  • 2.把蒜拍碎姜去皮拍碎,两样混合放入捣蒜罐子里捣碎成茸。
  • 3.把青苹果切成小块(应当去皮,我忘了,呵呵)放入捣蒜罐捣烂。
  • 4.把捣好的蒜蓉、姜蓉和苹果蓉倒入料理盆,里面放入干辣椒粉和干辣椒碎,再放入白糖和味精。
  • 5.然后倒入适量白醋,再倒入鱼露拌匀备用。
  • 6.把腌制好的黄瓜和胡萝卜攥干水份,然后倒入混合好的酱料拌匀,蒙上保鲜膜放入冰箱再次腌制两小时。
  • 7.腌好后便可取出盛入盘中,用做食粥小菜,可配任何粥食用。
