Steps to make 姜葱炒蟹

  • 1.姜切片 葱切段 蒜切碎。
  • 2.把蟹处理好:蟹脚前半段没什么肉的可以剁掉,掀起头盖把鳃弄掉。
  • 3.锅里热油,加入姜片、蒜末、葱白炒香。倒入蟹,淋上两圈料酒。
  • 4.加入一勺白糖,一勺东古蚝油,两勺一品鲜酱油翻炒均匀。
  • 5.加入半碗水,焖煮两分钟开盖,加入葱段,翻炒一下即可。
