椰香磅蛋糕,我添加了椰蓉在蛋糕里,香甜松软,但是一不小心没有提前通知馋嘴猫不要动我的蛋糕,所以还没完全晾凉就差不多吃光了,上图这一块蛋糕是从嘴边夺回来的......

Steps to make 椰香磅蛋糕

  • 1.备材料
  • 2.蛋与水同放一大碗内用打蛋器拌均匀
  • 3.加入蛋糕预拌粉轻轻翻拌均匀
  • 4.一边拌粉糊加入色拉油
  • 5.加入椰蓉拌均匀
  • 6.把所有材料倒进模具,在软布上轻摔几下震去汽泡,在面糊上撒下适量椰蓉
  • 7.烤箱180度烤35分钟左右晾凉即可食用
