Steps to make 小麻团

  • 1.糯米粉,吉士粉,糖,加入温水和成面团。
  • 2.搓条下小剂子,包入馅心,做成小圆球。
  • 3.做好的糯米球。
  • 4.把做好的糯米球放入开水锅中汆1分钟左右。
  • 5.沥一下水,倒入芝麻中。
  • 6.裹上芝麻,汆过水的糯米球外表粘性增强,会牢牢地粘着芝麻,在炸制时芝麻不会脱落。
  • 7.放入油锅中炸制,油温开始不要太高,否则麻团会开花。
  • 8.炸好的小麻团。
