红糖油糕
儿时的记忆里,武汉的早点品种繁多,诸如热干面、汤包、油条、豆皮之类,在后来的日子里已经很常见了,唯独能让我念念不忘的就是那用荷叶包裹着的烫面活糖油糕。
   不起眼的荷叶里,躺着一块香喷喷、金黄诱人的油糕,它外酥内嫩,甜香爽口······

  • 玉米粉60克
  • 红糖60克
  • 色拉油15克

Steps to make 红糖油糕

  • 1.红糖用小擀面棍的顶端捶成细茸状。
  • 2.加入面粉和色拉油,混合。
  • 3.揉匀,和成红糖馅料。
  • 4.玉米粉与面粉混合拌匀。
  • 5.锅中水烧开,慢慢加入面粉,搅动。
  • 6.用筷子充分搅拌,和成熟的热水面。
  • 7.熟面从锅中拿出,加适量面粉揉匀,成光滑面团。
  • 8.熟面团分成6个小剂子。
  • 9.剂子擀成面皮,包入红糖馅心。
  • 10.搓成长8厘米、宽5厘米的条。
  • 11.压成牛舌形。
  • 12.入油锅炸至金黄色时起锅。
