炖锅卤肉、满屋飘香---------【家常卤肉饭】
话说这锅卤肉真滴是香,没放一点盐,只用调味汁把肉腌一下,炒肉时放了些生抽老抽调色,一碗老卤、适量开水,小火慢炖1个小时,中途放入些土豆和胡萝卜鸡蛋一起炖,汤汁收到八成干,盛上一碗米饭,浇上卤肉,香喷喷的卤肉饭你就大口吃吧!

  • 鸡蛋3个
  • 米饭1碗
  • 黑芝麻少许
  • 洋葱0.5个
  • 蒜瓣3瓣
  • 老卤1碗
  • 调味汁(腌肉用)适量

  • 1.准备好原料;
  • 2.胡萝卜洗净去皮切丁,土豆洗净去皮切丁;
  • 3.洋葱去掉外皮洗净切碎;
  • 4.生姜去皮切碎,大蒜去皮切碎;
  • 5.猪肉洗净切成丁;
  • 6.放入适量调味汁拌匀,腌制10分钟备用;
  • 7.炒锅放适量油,小火放入洋葱碎炸香;
  • 8.炸制洋葱碎焦黄;
  • 9.放入生姜碎,大蒜末炒香;
  • 10.放入腌好的肉丁滑炒;
  • 11.炒至肉丁变白,放入老抽,生抽调色;
  • 12.放入老卤一碗炒匀;
  • 13.兑入适量开水;
  • 14.移至砂锅中继续小火炖煮;
  • 15.炖至30分钟时放入土豆、胡萝卜丁;
  • 16.放入水煮蛋拌匀继续炖煮;
  • 17.再继续炖煮30分钟,看汤汁收到八成干时关火;
  • 18.米饭盛入碗中,扣在盘中,卤鸡蛋切开放入盘中,小白菜焯水后放入盘中,浇上炖好的卤肉,米饭点缀上黑芝麻即可!(慢慢享用吧)
