丝瓜虾仁汤
丝瓜南北的品种不一样,即使在我北方的市场上也能见到不同样的。本地的丝瓜是外表光溜,颜色深绿,有长有短,用手一捏非常瓷实;还有一种丝瓜是表皮发浅,有棱,一头粗一头细,手捏有些软。两种的口感略有差别,但营养和功效都差不多。

丝瓜性凉,味甘,有清热凉血、化痰解毒、去除皮肤油脂、补水保湿、细嫩肌肤、去除细小皱纹的功效,所以丝瓜又有“美容水”一说。丝瓜中维生素C和植物蛋白质的含量较高,能促进人体内免疫蛋白的合成,增强人体的免疫功能;而虾肉更是高蛋白无脂肪的水产品,常吃也能提高免疫力,并且不用担心长肉肉。

今天咱就来道简单的,把大虾剥壳,和丝瓜同炒,再放点水一煮,又是菜又是汤,丝瓜和虾肉自带微甜,真是一道清爽的暖身汤。

Steps to make 丝瓜虾仁汤

  • 1.大虾清洗干净;
  • 2.剥壳,用牙签从尾部往上第三节处挑出虾线,冲洗干净;
  • 3.用利刀将丝瓜皮刮掉,请注意啊,是刮掉最外面的那层硬的绿皮,不是削皮;这样处理后的丝瓜没有损耗而且形状完成,颜色漂亮;
  • 4.把丝瓜切成滚刀块;
  • 5.炒锅中倒少许油,姜末煸炒出香味,将丝瓜块倒入锅中翻炒;
  • 6.加少许盐翻炒,使丝瓜变软,再倒入适量水烧开,虾仁入锅中煮到身体卷曲,颜色变红,出锅。
  • 7.丝瓜虾仁汤,清淡爽口,好看好吃又营养!
