    • 1.巧克力放碗中隔热水融化(巧克力碗里不能有水)。
    • 2.不着急慢慢来(也可把巧克力切小块)。
    • 3.全部融化顺滑状态。
    • 4.把融化的黑巧倒入大盘里。
    • 5.自然流淌也可轻震一下盘。
    • 6.天热就放冰箱冷藏至凝固。
    • 7.用勺子沿着直线刮。
    • 8.漂亮的巧克力屑。
    • 9.大朵的巧克力屑。
    • 10.巧克力屑不要直接用手拿,会融化的。
    • 11.有的里面会加点水怡,刮的时候可能会省力点。
    • 12.哈哈哈上个半成品。
