荠菜素馅蒸饺

Steps to make 荠菜素馅蒸饺

  • 1.荠菜清洗干净沥干水分2斤的量。荠菜里泥沙比较多,要多清洗几遍,彻底清洗掉荠菜里的泥沙。
  • 2.水烧开后,荠菜放入锅里烫软马上捞出放冷水里。焯烫一下可以去除掉野菜里的青涩味道!
  • 3.将焯烫过的荠菜挤干水分,剁碎备用
  • 4.将青蒜苗和香菜清洗干净沥干水分剁碎。尽量剁的很细很碎。
  • 5.粉条提前温水泡软剁碎,鸡蛋炒熟后剁碎
  • 6.将所有剁碎的食材混合后加人盐、辣椒油、姜末、芝麻油和猪油搅拌均匀。荠菜里加入猪油味道会比植物油更香哦!
  • 7.500克面粉里加入约230克左右的清水揉成面团,盖上保鲜膜醒30分钟。然后取出面团继续继续揉2分钟左右。
  • 8.用大拇指在面团的中间部位戳个洞。双手将面捏成条状。
  • 9.在将从中间切开一刀
  • 10.切成小面剂子
  • 11.在面剂子上撒少许干面粉防粘,用掌心将面剂子压扁。
  • 12.擀成饺子皮
  • 13.如图,包成扁扁的样子。
  • 14.蒸笼里铺上防粘蒸笼纸,如果没有蒸笼纸在蒸笼上刷一层植物油防粘也可以的。冒气后再蒸8-10分钟即可出锅食用了。扁食可以蒸,也可以煮的哦!
  • 15.喜欢吃味道重点的话可以用生抽、陈醋、芝麻油、辣椒油少许白糖和一些香葱碎调一碗料汁蘸着吃!
