  • 1.大虾洗净,剪去虾须、虾腿,再将虾背剪开,抽出沙腺,抹干水分
  • 2.炒锅加入适量的油
  • 3.将大虾放入油锅两面煎熟
  • 4.另起油锅爆香姜蒜
  • 5.下入煎熟的大虾翻炒
  • 6.加入盐、糖、料酒、继续翻炒,加少许汤,盖上盖子闷一下
  • 7.出锅装盘.
