红枣酸奶玛芬蛋糕
很喜欢吃红枣酸奶,我想红枣酸奶蛋糕应该还很不错吧,本来想做戚风的,可惜家里的鸡蛋不够用了,就做个红枣酸奶玛芬蛋糕吧!

  • 低筋面粉100克
  • 黄油40克
  • 白砂糖40克
  • 鸡蛋30克
  • 牛奶40克
  • 泡打粉2.5ML

Steps to make 红枣酸奶玛芬蛋糕

  • 1.红枣洗净去核放料理机加酸奶打成酸奶枣泥
  • 2.打好的酸奶枣泥
  • 3.黄油室温软化后加白砂糖,用打蛋器打发到颜色变浅,体积膨松
  • 4.分二、三次加入打散的蛋液,用打蛋器打匀
  • 5.加入酸奶枣泥,轻轻翻拌下
  • 6.加入牛奶、不用拌
  • 7.低筋面粉和泡打粉混合筛入
  • 8.用橡皮刮刀拌匀
  • 9.把拌好的面糊装入裱花袋,挤入模具,2/3满
  • 10.上面再摆几粒红枣粒
  • 11.放入预热好180度的烤箱,烤20分钟左右
  • 12.直到充分膨胀,表面略黄即可。
