Steps to make 豉油蒜香虾

  • 1.取李锦记蒸鱼豉油、基围虾、色拉油、鸡精、胡椒粉,葱、蒜切末。
  • 2.将炒锅内倒入适量油大火烧至八成热,下入蒜末炒香。
  • 3.待蒜末稍稍变焦时,下入基围虾大火爆炒,然后倒入李锦记蒸鱼豉油。
  • 4.翻炒均匀后加一点点水、鸡精、胡椒粉,改小火焞一分钟至均匀收汁即可。
