Steps to make 韩式辣炒年糕

  • 1.所有食材冲洗干净。胡萝卜切条、洋葱切丝、白菜切小块,葱切斜段。年糕切段备用。
  • 2.锅中倒油,放入洋葱、胡萝卜煸炒出香味。
  • 3.倒入没过食材的清水,煮开后加入白菜。
  • 4.加入2大勺韩式辣酱煮开。
  • 5.放入年糕盖盖焖1-2分钟左右。
  • 6.看到汤汁浓稠时,多翻炒,以防粘锅。
  • 7.最后加入葱段,翻炒至汤汁浓稠收干。
  • 8.出锅装盘。
