海带花生煲猪蹄
这锅猪蹄,搭配了海带和花生,都是营养温补、适合冬季的食材。据说猪蹄丰富的胶原蛋白质能美容养颜去皱,有效延缓皮肤衰老;海带丰富的碘含量,能使头发乌黑亮泽,还能防治乳腺疾病;花生也具有补血养血、降压降脂的作用。我再扔几颗大枣进去,增加一种味道,多一点儿点缀,使口感更加丰富,营养也更加全面均衡。

Steps to make 海带花生煲猪蹄

  • 1.花生洗净泡涨;
  • 2.深海小海带泡去盐分,洗净;
  • 3.海带切成粗段备用;
  • 4.生姜切大块儿;
  • 5.香葱切碎备用;
  • 6.猪蹄洗净,入沸水锅中汆烫2、3分钟;
  • 7.捞出,冲洗干净;
  • 8.砂锅中放入清水和猪蹄,水量大约是猪蹄的两倍;
  • 9.中小火慢慢煮至沸腾后,加入适量料酒;
  • 10.再次煮至沸腾;
  • 11.转小火,加盖慢煲10分钟,关火焖30分钟;再开小火煲10分钟,关火焖30分钟……如此反复3到4次,猪蹄基本就煮熟了(用筷子能扎透);
  • 12.用撇油勺捞出表面的油脂;
  • 13.加入海带和花生;
  • 14.加入大枣,中小火慢煲;
  • 15.煲至汤汁雪白,猪蹄酥烂时,加入适量盐调味;
  • 16.少许糖提鲜;
  • 17.加入适量胡椒粉;
  • 18.最后加入葱花点缀,关火,起锅。
