自制猪肉松
肉松好吃,但卖的太贵,添加剂又多,还是自己在家做好,安全又实惠,味道也不错哦!

Steps to make 自制猪肉松

  • 1.里脊肉一斤左右
  • 2.去掉表层连带的一点肥肉和筋膜
  • 3.顺着肌纤维方向切成四块,入凉水锅
  • 4.水开后煮一分钟,去除血沫
  • 5.捞出肉块,用温水洗净表面残留的血沫,放入高压锅中,加入葱段、姜片,没过肉的清水,压20分钟,至猪肉软烂
  • 6.压好的猪肉取出晾一会,用擀面杖顺着肌纤维方向擀开,擀薄成片
  • 7.再撕成细丝,越细越好(比较费时间,可以边追剧边撕哦)
  • 8.面包机里注入葵花籽油
  • 9.倒入肉丝
  • 10.加盐、白糖、生抽
  • 11.启动和面功能,充分搅拌均匀,尝尝味道,不合适再调调
  • 12.启动果酱功能(我的面包机是1小时20分钟),其间不时翻拌,防止表层和四壁因温度高而结嘎巴。这张图片是一个果酱程序结束后的状态,肉已蓬松,但还不够干
  • 13.再次启动果酱程序,至个人喜欢的肉松干燥状态即可
