  • 1.将虾去头去壳去虾线,是虾头不要丢掉。将虾仁开背去虾线。
  • 2.锅中水烧开,放少许盐入西兰花。
  • 3.加入虾仁同焯。
  • 4.虾仁变色捞出过凉。
  • 5.锅中放油,冷油时将虾头放入慢慢火炸至,炸出虾油倒出。
  • 6.留少许,入葱姜炒香。
  • 7.加入西兰花与虾球。
  • 8.加入盐翻炒。
  • 9.加入适量蒸鱼豉油调味出锅。
