    Steps to make 干贝鸡肉粽

    • 1.糯米提前用水泡1晚。鸡腿肉切指甲盖大小的块,用蚝油,料酒腌渍4个小时左右。新鲜豌豆剥好备用。
    • 2.干贝用水泡发,撕碎。
    • 3.包之前把糯米用蚝油,盐拌均入味。
    • 4.粽叶洗干净,先放少许糯米。
    • 5.在放上鸡腿肉块,干贝丝,豌豆。
    • 6.在铺上一层糯米。
    • 7.包好即可。

    • 9.放入锅内,水没过粽子,大火烧开,中小火煮1个小时左右即可。
