Steps to make 剁椒鱼头

  • 1.大花鲢一条。我买的4.6斤。
  • 2.切掉鱼头。因家里蒸锅太少,切的有点小了。
  • 3.从中间剖开。
  • 4.剁椒适量,剁细。
  • 5.再加两个新鲜辣椒剁到一块。
  • 6.置碗中。再加白糖、味精、蒸鱼豉油、料酒。搅拌均匀。
  • 7.均匀地摊在鱼头上,放入蒸锅中。大火蒸十分钟。
  • 8.出锅后,洒上香葱,用热油淋之。
