  • 1.准备材料
  • 2.萝卜剥皮切半圆,再切成薄片

  • 5.放料理机加少量水打成紫甘兰汁
  • 6.用筛网过滤取汁
  • 7.将浸泡过的萝卜片捞起沥干后放进紫甘兰汁中
  • 8.开始倒白醋了,犹如仙女的魔法棒,一滴白醋颜色马上就变鲜亮了
  • 9.出现艳丽的玫红色!
  • 10.倒入适量白糖,盖上保鲜膜放冰箱冷藏三小时以上
  • 11.经过染色的萝卜捞起后摆盘
  • 12.一圈圈叠起成花形即可
