Steps to make 花样曲奇饼干

  • 1.黄油软化后低速打散
  • 2.加入细糖粉稍拌一下,然后用电动打蛋器打至蓬发,黄油颜色变浅
  • 3.分次少量的加入打散的鸡蛋液,每加一次需要用电动打蛋器打至蛋油融合后放可再次加入
  • 4.打好后的黄油呈蓬松的乳膏状
  • 5.面粉和低筋面粉泡打粉混合过筛,筛入黄油中,翻拌均匀
  • 6.裱花袋装上裱花嘴,如果做原味曲奇直接把翻拌好的面糊装入裱花袋。如果做另几种口味的在这一步就要加入抹茶粉、可可粉和蔓越梅干了。加入后翻抹均匀再装入裱花袋(蔓越莓干需要提前用朗姆酒稍泡软,然后用搅拌机搅碎,一定要搅的细一点才不会影响挤出来的花纹)
  • 7.烤盘铺上垫子,挤出自己喜欢的花纹后,烤箱180度预热,上下火,烤11分钟,然后再移至上层烤1分钟。(我这里用的是2D 六齿花嘴)
