宝宝的营养早餐——美味芋泥
周末在家,想着天天吃一样的早餐,那也太委屈宝贝了,所以翻箱倒柜,翻出了几个芋头,就来了兴致,做了份芋泥给宝贝吃,那个是爱不释手啊,看的我这个当妈的是相当的满足呢,春天吃些易消化的东西,也是很不错滴啊o(∩_∩)o

Steps to make 宝宝的营养早餐——美味芋泥

  • 1.将芋头用水冲洗干净,对半切开,放在锅内蒸20分钟。
  • 2.在蒸芋头的时候,准备好配料。桂花可以加糖和少量白开水调成桂花糖水。
  • 3.因为宝贝还太小,所以我将蜜枣去核,切成了细条。
  • 4.芋头蒸至用筷子能轻轻穿透就可以了。
  • 5.将蒸好的芋头去皮,放入一个碗内。
  • 6.趁热将芋头用勺子压成泥状。
  • 7.锅内放少许猪油,待其融化之后,再倒入芋泥,用小火,慢慢炒,大概4分钟后,倒入葡萄干和蜜枣丝。
  • 8.最后吃的时候倒入调好的桂花糖水,好香啊……
  • 9.近看还能看到里面的蜜枣丝和桂花呢o(∩_∩)o
