腌新蒜
前段时间新蒜上市了,最早在市场上看到绑成一梱的估计也就一斤多,要价15元,看了几次都没舍得买。过了一个星期多后,家里公婆自己种的就收进来了,赶快挑些剥了腌了几瓶,去年腌得少了点,放炸酱面里那叫一个好吃,没几次就吃完了,今年多腌些,留着拌面吃。部分新蒜非常嫩,所以大家可以看到嫩的我都没有全部去皮,其实留着一层嫩皮更好吃。

Steps to make 腌新蒜

  • 1.新鲜大蒜洗去泥沙。
  • 2.老的全部去皮,嫩的只去外面一层皮,清洗后完全晾干水份。
  • 3.容器用开水泡后晾干。
  • 4.把生抽、陈醋、白醋按自己喜好的比例调成汁(我的比例约为生抽:陈醋:白醋5:3:3)(喜欢酸味浓点的,可以用生抽和白醋1:1),口味重的还可加一点点盐。
  • 5.把晾干的大蒜放入容器。
  • 6.倒入调好的汁,盖上一只保鲜袋后盖好密封,不用冷藏,15天左右即可食用。取的时候用无水无油的筷子。
