健康新理念-----元宵节吃低糖无脂的水果汤圆
元宵节马上就要到了,过完元宵,春节就算正式的结束了,元宵节自古以来都有吃元宵的习俗。
北方叫元宵,我们南方则习惯称为汤圆,元宵是滚出来的,而汤圆则是一个一个手工包出来的,今年我家的汤圆改变了传统路线,做了水果汤圆,祝大家元宵节快乐!
你喜欢吃草莓吗?不管你喜不喜欢,反正我很喜欢,喜欢草莓那酸酸甜甜的味道,喜欢它的营养,草莓有去火,解暑,清热的功效,而春季又是肝火比较旺盛的时候,适当吃点草莓可以起到抑制的作用。

    Steps to make 健康新理念-----元宵节吃低糖无脂的水果汤圆

    • 1.糯米粉放容器里,加椰奶
    • 2.调和成软硬适度的糯米粉团,饧发20分钟,不要太软。
    • 3.做草莓馅的汤圆时,我除了放草莓姜以外,还加了一些新鲜的草莓,馅料里面有真实的水果,原汁原味。草莓切成粒
    • 4.加入草莓酱
    • 5.搅拌均匀,放冰箱里冷藏备用
    • 6.把饧发好的汤圆面揪成饺子剂大小
    • 7.擀成比饺子皮厚的汤圆皮,中间按一个窝。
    • 8.包用做好的草莓酱
    • 9.放入馅心后慢慢收拢面皮,最后均匀地团成汤圆。
    • 10.包好的汤圆下入开水中煮至汤圆浮在水面就熟啦。
