蜜汁叉烧排骨

  • 李锦记叉烧酱3大勺

Steps to make 蜜汁叉烧排骨

  • 1.排骨剁块入清水中泡去血水沥干。中间多换几次水。
  • 2.3勺李锦记叉烧酱、1勺蚝油、1勺蜂蜜搅拌均匀成料汁。
  • 3.将料汁倒入排骨中用手抓拌均匀。
  • 4.放入密封的保鲜盒中入冰箱冷藏室腌制8小时以上。
  • 5.预热烤箱220度,将排骨铺在锡纸上。
  • 6.盖上锡纸,捏紧四周,入预热好的烤箱中220度烤25分钟左右。
  • 7.腌排骨的汤汁中再加入剩下的1勺蜂蜜搅拌均匀。
  • 8.取出烤好的排骨,撕开锡纸,倒掉烤出的汤汁,在排骨上刷上一层调好的蜜汁再入烤箱250度烤5分钟左右,取出翻面再刷一层蜜汁继续烤5分钟左右。
  • 9.成品。
