Steps to make 韩式泡菜

  • 1.原料图。
  • 2.娃娃菜洗净后一切四份。
  • 3.表面均匀的抹上食盐。
  • 4.腌制12小时。倒出腌渍的水。
  • 5.将每小段菜放入凉开水中浸泡,洗净表面多余的盐分。
  • 6.全部洗净后挤干。
  • 7.韭菜,姜蒜切末,苹果、梨切丁。
  • 8.鱼露加入辣椒面中,再将苹果、梨粒,韭菜,姜蒜末放入,加入糖,盐调味拌匀。
  • 9.拌好的食材一旁备用。
  • 10.糯米粉加入清水搅拌成糯米水。
  • 11.放入不粘锅中,小火煮成浆糊状。
  • 12.将煮好的米糊倒入之前拌好的食材中搅拌均匀。
  • 13.带上一次性手套,将调好的米糊均匀的涂抹于娃娃菜上,以根部涂抹为主。
  • 14.全部处理完后,放入密封容器中,常温下发酵24小时,然后放入冰箱保存,一般一周即可食用。
