蛋黄核桃酥饼干
做玛格丽特饼干受到的启发,用蛋黄核桃做了这款小饼干,非常的香酥,入口即化,好吃到陶醉。同时我用的是玉米油,热量低一点,更健康。非常利于保存,装上袋子送给朋友绝对够看的,值得推荐~~

  • 玉米淀粉60g
  • 糖粉40g
  • 玉米油90g
  • 核桃仁20g
  • 熟蛋黄2个

Steps to make 蛋黄核桃酥饼干

  • 1.这是我自己剥的生核桃仁,有点碎了,但是一点也不影响使用呢。剥好的核桃仁放到烤盘上。
  • 2.烤箱预热,180度,上下火,烤8分钟取出备用。
  • 3.玉米油加入糖粉。
  • 4.搅打至糖融化。
  • 5.熟蛋黄过筛,加入糖油中,同时加盐。
  • 6.搅拌均匀。
  • 7.筛入面粉和玉米淀粉。
  • 8.搅拌至颗粒状。
  • 9.烤好的核桃仁去20g 用刀切碎。
  • 10.倒入拌好的面粉中。
  • 11.揉成团。
  • 12.团成16g 左右大小的小圆球放到烤盘上
  • 13.每个小圆球用两只手掌轻轻压扁约7mm厚的小饼后,在用手指轻轻在小饼中间压一下,使小饼中间凸起的部分凹下去。
  • 14.入烤箱中层,上下火,180度,15分钟。
