云南稀豆粉
稀豆粉是云南夏季消署佳品,是用上好的白豌豆磨粉,经煮制成稀粥状而成。稀豆粉十分爽口,并有清暑热的功效。为云南会泽特产。
稀豆粉是用豌豆磨粉做成的,有点像北方的玉米糊,但稀豆粉是调配成咸口的。我用云南的豌豆粉,做了一次,味道不错。

  • 豌豆粉50克
  • 2克
  • 清水550克
  • 生抽5ml
  • 牛肉辣椒少许
  • 香菜少许

Steps to make 云南稀豆粉

  • 1.取豌豆粉50克,放入容器中
  • 2.放入100克清水调成糊装
  • 3.余下的450克清水、盐2克倒入小锅里
  • 4.小火烧至水将开时,倒入面糊;边到边搅拌
  • 5.煮的过程中,一定要不停的搅拌,大约煮10-15分钟
  • 6.煮好的糊糊是这种状态,太厚不行,太稀也不行
  • 7.倒入碗中
  • 8.放入生抽、牛肉辣酱、撒上香菜,拌匀了就可以喝
