Steps to make 石锅拌饭

  • 1.胡萝卜,佛手瓜,锅内放少许色拉油加少许盐和糖煸炒。红椒都切丝备用。香菇泡发后切丝,焯水。在沸水中放盐,点几滴色拉油,焯下鸡毛菜和豆芽(豆芽焯完放入冷开水中拔凉)。
  • 2.石锅底部涂少许香油,以防粘锅。
  • 3.把煮熟的米饭平铺在石锅中,轻轻压平。
  • 4.码上准备好的辅料,摆在周围,中间留出一个“○”。然后开中火。
  • 5.听到石锅开始发出滋滋,在我们预留的空间内打入鸡蛋(只要蛋黄)。
  • 6.关火,剪入几丝海苔。趁热,加入辣酱,把饭拌匀。就可以开动了,底部像锅巴一样,还有点脆呢。拌好的,我迫不及待吃啦,就没拍照片喽。
