蒜香莴笋

Steps to make 蒜香莴笋

  • 1.莴笋打皮洗净,切斜刀片,入锅焯水过凉。
  • 2.一片压一片,如图。
  • 3.顺时针依次围一圈摆好第一层。
  • 4.第二层压住第一层的三分之二,依次顺时针一片压一片摆,如图。
  • 5.第二层摆好的样子(依照盘子大小以及莴笋片的多少可增加层数)。
  • 6.大蒜拍碎切细(不要太细)放入碗中,加入一勺盐,一勺熟芝麻(黑白都可以),少许姜末,热锅烧油,热油浇在放了蒜碎的碗中激出蒜香味,冷却一会儿,碗中调入适量生抽蚝油,搅拌均匀备用。
  • 7.取一个西红柿洗净,转圈打皮,不要切段,皮切下来是这样子的,如图。
  • 8.丛一头卷起,如图。
  • 9.西红柿卷好整理形状放入盘心,一多漂亮的西红柿玫瑰花就做好了,如图。
  • 10.成品,配上调好的料汁,吃的时候浇在菜里拌匀即可(料汁调好后也可以直接倒入盘心,放在西红柿玫瑰花底下)。
